A conscious TYKY day is a comprehensive recreation day that supports the well-being, cooperation, recovery and resilience of the work community.
The day is planned based on a preliminary survey so that the content responds as well as possible to the group's wishes, everyday work and current needs. The program combines calming exercises, physical work, methods of regulating breathing and the nervous system, and a joint discussion on how well-being and presence can be strengthened even in the middle of working days.
During the day, participants have the opportunity to stop, recover and learn concrete ways to regulate their workload. Thematic lectures and group tasks help put the day's insights into practice so that the experience does not remain just a single moment but supports the everyday life of the work community even after the event.
The whole is guided by two instructors, and after the day, the client receives a summary of the feedback survey and reporting in the agreed manner. The implementation can be built by combining indoor and outdoor sections according to the size of the group, the weather and the structure of the day.
