The menu is completely lactose-free, gluten-free (G) (except bread), and nut-free.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other special diets for each dish. The buffet is designed to minimize allergens. In addition, it is possible to order the following special dishes/person if you feel that there is not enough food for everyone on the table:

Menu is vegetarian and with most parts also vegan/dairy free (M), as whole lactose free (L) and glutein free (G), except the bread and contains no nuts/seeds.
Unfortunately we cannot pay notice other allergies with every course of the menu. Buffet is designed with minimum allergens and we have listed above all the contents or different courses. There is also a possibility to order extra portions/person, if one feels that there isn´t enough to eat from the buffet:
