On Midsummer Eve, Friday 19 June, Paja Ice Cream Café will be filled with music, laughter and summer vibes as karaoke enthusiasts and first-time performers take the stage.
Spend a relaxed Midsummer evening in the heart of the archipelago. Pick your favourite song, grab the microphone and sing your heart out – or simply sit back, enjoy a refreshing drink and soak up the atmosphere.
Whether you're planning one brave performance, several crowd-pleasers or just a pleasant evening with friends, Midsummer Karaoke is the perfect way to celebrate Midsummer in Vallisaari.

Getting There
Vallisaari can be reached by JT-Line water bus. Please remember to purchase your ferry ticket in advance.
The journey from Helsinki Market Square takes approximately 20 minutes.
The ferry arrives at Luotsipiha Pier on the southern side of Vallisaari. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Ice cream cafe Paja.
You can also arrive by your own boat. Day visits cost €10 and overnight stays €29.
Accessibility
Please note that Vallisaari is not fully accessible. The island's paths are gravel-covered, and uneven surfaces cannot be completely avoided. The terrain is mostly hilly and can be challenging to navigate. Visitors using wheelchairs are advised to bring an assistant.
