Conscious recovery moment for groups and work communities is a two-hour event that brings peace, clarity and practical tools to your day of relaxation.
A two-hour guided wellness moment where the group stops to focus on recovery, presence and nervous system regulation. The program combines a light introduction and easy-to-participate exercises that are suitable for groups and work communities without previous experience. The implementation can be done flexibly indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and the needs of the group. (Please note that a separate space reservation is required for indoor spaces)
The program begins with a joint settling into the day and a brief introduction to what presence, load and recovery mean in today's everyday life and working life. After this, the group moves on to guided exercises that strengthen the connection between body and mind, practice conscious presence and learn about breathing and pausing methods in stress regulation.
The exercises are calm, approachable and suitable for participants of all ages without previous experience. The whole can be carried out either indoors, outdoors in the unique environment of Vallisaari or a combination of these. At the end of the day, participants will receive concrete tools that can be used later during the working day.
This program is especially suitable for teams that need content that will bring them back to a day of relaxation, a common pause and tools in the midst of stress.
