JT-Line operates regular ferry service from Helsinki Market Square to Vallisaari in the summer season of 2026. Ferry tickets can be purchased in advance from the operator's online store, or directly on board. There is a toilet on board, and a café serves passengers during the trip.
The ferry is barrier-free, and can be accessed via the gangway with both manual and electric wheelchairs. Wheelchair passengers are recommended on the outward journey to get off the vessel at the Torpedolahti pier.
The ferry can also accommodate strollers. The operator does not transport bicycles. Dogs are welcome on board and on Vallisaari, but they must be kept on a leash.
